Karánsebes is absolutely correct! The controversial is still used to mock the capabilities of the Austrian army, although, to be just, the dimensions of the friendly fire incident have probably been exaggerated. It was essentially the last war between the Ottomans and the Hapsburgs, but without any substantial gains for either side.
