    Hello!
    I have never before modded a game so as a modder I am about as noob as you can get So I'm now trying to mod medieval 2 (without kingdoms) to fix the broken diplomacy. I did everything as instructed in the tutorial, downloaded geomod and all that, the only thing I didn't do is the strings.bin file converting thing, but that's because I have a tool that can edit those files directly. After all that, I tried to start the game from the geomod folder(which I renamed to med2modattu) with the command script but received an error saying "uh oh this isn't good. No idea why, but exiting now. Sorry pal". Could someone please tell me where i possibly went wrong? I'll provide all the details you'll need. Getting pretty frustrated with this...
