Well In september or as late as october I will be building a new system. This is what Ive spec'd out so far. Now I may go bulldozer and MSI bulldozer board IF its cheaper for the performance.

Total cost with Shipping is 1630.77


I havent added an aftermarket fan. Obviously the 2500k is for OCing but Im kind of wondering where I should step with the fan. the last 2 aftermarket fans i bought did not lower ambient temperatures.

Since you're already spending that much, get the MSI Twin Frozr II/III 6950 instead. It will only cost 20 ea more, but will be like 20C cooler. You'll need that since you'll be running crossfire.

Ambient temperature means your room temperature :p Coolermaster Hyper 212+ would be your choice, it easily has the most bang for the buck. Lowered maximum temperatures while overclocked from 62C to 42C(and that 42C is with a 210mhz higher OC).
