A mod for removing restrictions on elite units?

As the title says, I would like to know if there is a way/mod to be able to recruit as many elite units as you wish. I am using a steam version of the game I don't know if mods are possible there though.

Use this tutorial to get you on the right track http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=466582 follow the steps for modding existing units. once you've copied the elite unit into your my_units tables scroll right and you'll see a column for the unit limit, set the value for zero. make sure you complete the rest of the direction in the tutorial for your mod to take place. Remember removing the limit for yourself in the mod also removes the limit for the AI......unless you pretty much make a renamed copy of the unit and set it specifically for your faction military grouping
