Technical support for the new BB (3.05)

Hi everybody

I decided to make this a new topic because Taji (quite understandably) seems a bit annoyed that his thread is flooded with noobs (present company included

) whining that they can't get the mod to work.

As you have probably figured out I as well have some problems and hope anyone will take the time to help.

Played DLV with BB about 6 months ago with no problem, but when I reinstalled on my new computer, thigs started to go wrong.

DLV before i installed BB worked with no problem, but as soon as i installed BB and upped it to 3.05 I could no longer start a game.

What happens is, that i can enter the game menu with no CTD, but as soon as I press on a faction and start a session, the game just loopes back to the main menu and I'm back to square one.

I can simply not get further than the game menu and not start a game.

Has anyone else experenced this or something similar and i so do you know how to fix it?

Hope someone will be able to help me and please tell me if I need to make the problem more clear

Hi J0shua, I think if you followed the instructions given in the BB thread's first post then you wouldn't have this problem. So please tell me what operating system you have and what you have done to get BB installed.

You installed it wrong. Plain and simple. It sounds like you installed BB over your MTW2 Main files, in which case your in for a very fun and exciting time reinstalling MTW2. To avoid this in the future, install exactly as the directions indicate.

* For future refrence, you will save yourself alot of heartache once you have an utterly virgin vanilla mtw2 1.5, copy and past the sega directory to somwhere new.

JOshua dude this minmod is the easiest min-mod i ever install without any i mean ANY fuss you must have install it wrong...... look at Seraph07's comments he got a point
