Not to far away. In fact I have been playing a 355AD campaign with it. There will be extra units, especially for the romans in the add-on. But it won't be released until the next patch and On-Line Battle version.

In relation to your question, I have checked out the 355AD campaign and I don't seem to have the problem. Have you installed Patch 1.1 yet?

speaking of the Alex, did u learn how to enable shield-wall in the Alex engine?
since the IBUR is dead, u could contact the mod leader and ask him about it cause they found out how.

I did. It is really only having a tighter unit formation.

What does shield wall even do? It doesn't appear to make the unit much better.

it does give it a certain defense bonus. very useful formation in some situations.
