Basiliscus, when the term starts, put yourself forward as consul suffectus to get that run-off election going.

Why is there only one Consul? I thought Apis was going for it? And why can't Attelus run for Consul, why can he only be Suffectus?

Oh and CK, are we going to abstain from voting for ourselves? See what others think?

Aspis made no posts in the nomination thread and has not served his 2nd term as praetor, I don't think he's been here for all 3 terms either

Basiliscus hasn't served a term as praetor as of yet let alone 2.

They can both go against each other in the run-off for suffectus junior.

That would've been hard... there were two terms until now, and to have 2 terms as praetor and 1 turn as quaestor and three terms as a senator, is impossible right now.

How do you have the qualifications necessary to run for a consul, though?

Or because Silius decided to play Minecraft and I didn't remember the term "suffectus" until recently

. The way it is set up at the moment is so our players who start this RP from the beginning get to play as each of the jobs, going up the Cursus Honorum. At the end of it, it's pretty much fair game as to who gets what, this apparently doesn't work at lower-levels therefore I put forth this work-around.

I'm considering forsaking all of those rules for current active players and applying it to all new players who come to join from here on out.

For this term at least, just you two have your runoff suffectus for junior consul. I'll speak to Crozi about the work-around for the current population so we can have some more fun until we get more newbies.

So we only have one possible Praetor,one (universally loathed)Senior Consul and we have to use a loop-hole to even have a Junior Consul? We need to either rework the system or, as a last resort, discard it.

I feel sorry for Aulus, universally hated because of one letter from dragoon.
Edit: When will the elections be over? I will need someone to take screenshots of the financial screen, prefarably while I'm online as I never got EB.
