    Default Siege Lag in Darthmod

    Hey everyone!
I have decicded to seek help with a problem i regularly get whilst in sieges in Darthmod, it is the lag i get when the enemy begins to climb up the walls, the lag only starts when they start to climb them, i do think it is to do with Darthmod as it doesn't happen in vanilla or on Napoleon Total War with the all in one mod there.

Is it to do with the graphics? I run the game on high graphics on everything, i tried lowering them but i still got unplayable lag when the walls were being climbed, the lag is reduced quite alot if the walls collapse due to cannons, so when i'm besieging i always bring cannons, but if the AI is attacking one of my forts with no cannons then i pretty much have to autoresolve it, and thus losing these forts if i am outnumbered.

Does anyone have any idea what the reason for this lag could be? I would appreciate your help, thanks!

Edit: I have recently read elswehere on TWC about siege lag problems with other people, and read that it is unfixible, oh well....

    Happens to everyone!
Field Marshal Horatio Herbert Kitchener, 1st Earl Kitchener KG, KP, GCB, OM, GCSI, GCMG, GCIE, ADC, PC (24 June 1850 – 5 June 1916), was an Irish-born British Field Marshal and proconsul who won fame for his imperial campaigns and later played a central role in the early part of the First World War, although he died halfway through it.

Don't you think this might be better in the DarthMod forum itself?

To answer your question, it is a mixture of the increased unit sizes and pathfinding that cannot manage those bigger units. Sometimes you get away without getting the lag, but the only way you can really avoid it is use Shokhs no forts mod.
