Factions won't die

Hi, I'm playing the Hordes mod for KGCM and when I take over the last city of a faction, sometimes they won't die.

I assumed therefore that you had to kill all the armies and stuff before they would die, but aside from the fact this is annoying - searching around the map to find one little unit is tiresome - sometimes there are no armies, and just like a random naval fleet.

Is this how it should work, or is the faction destruction just bugged a bit?

Heroes Hordes and Beyond, that would be the horde feature.

AKA the re-emerging faction feature. It can be disabled in the campaign_script.txt file with a little modding, but make sure to backup your original before editing!
