Fog of War Randomly Lifted?

I am playing Third Age Total War with MOS 5.2.

I have played till turn 24, until after I ended my turn, I realized that the Fog of War was lifted.
Is it because of the Palantir? (which I used to no effect 3-4 turns before.)
Will this horrible cheat go away? Has anyone else had this happen before?

yes it is because of the palantir.. and if you did not manually saved your game in turn 25.. it will go away next turn.. if you saved .. i fear not.. it's a bug that can't be fixed..

you could try the fog of war cheat to disable it..
