how to remove the plague from the main campaign?

how to remove the plague from the main campaign? it pisses me ,i got it all over the cities not at the same time but one city after another is decimated by plague every campaign.

Go to descr_events in D:\SEGA\Medieval 2 Total War\mods\Stainless_Steel_6\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign and erase the plague events. Hopefully that won't screw anything up. To be safer, you can just change the number in the "date" line. From 248 make it 948. It's unlikely you'll play the game until the 1900s.
