    Default Ok to install RTR?

I currently have RTW patched to 1.5 and BI patched to 1.6 and I am considering installing RTR 6.3, however, I want to make sure of some things before I install:
-Am I correct in saying that since RTR is a RTW mod, it should not affect BI whatsoever, so I could play both RTR and BI (obviously I need a different disc to play each one.)
-Secondly, does the patch version matter before you install RTR? If so, will version 1.5 work with RTR?

    Thanks in advance.

RTR gold (and 6.0-6.1-6.2-6.3) are for the 1.2 version and will not work on a 1.5 install.

If that is so, is there anyway of installing RTR whilst still having BI 1.6? The 1.6 patch updated RTW to 1.5 and also installing BI updates RTW to version 1.3, so is there anyway of downgrading RTW or workaround, or is it just impossible to have both at once?

Also, if this is impossible, is it possible to have a RTW compatible for 1.5 and have BI (that works as it should) at the same time?(I assume this is possible, however I am not sure)
(Also if the above doesnt work I can always just copy and paste the RTW folder - but that takes quite a bit of disc space.)

Please see the tech help for multi installing mods. Anyway all current version of RTR wont work for patch 1.3 or 1.5 and only patch 1.2

Next RTR 7.0 will be base on BI 1.6

Default What is up with RTR and not doing 1.5

I have played all the versions and patches of rtw and 1.5 is the best, it is agressive and much more difficult game play. With all the smarts over at RTR why have they not in thier recent patches made it compatable??? It can't be that hard. I liked RTR lay out and bigger map and more cities. Has any one made a work around for 6.2 so that it will work on 1.5. Like I said it can not be that hard.

When you say 6.2 I believe you have been looking at the old RTR forum/website. The 'original' website ends with .org and not .com

The latest version is 6.0 Gold and the current RTR develover are doindd the 7.0 version which will be base on BI 1.6.

However the community at rtr forum is doing their bits and pieces t port the RTR 6.0 to RTR 1.5 Check the thread here

p/s: you're right, not hard, but time consuming. :sweatingb
