Install help

I have been playing RSII without any probelms for a couple of months now; it installed perfect over and over again. But for some reason I installed it again after trying another mod and I get this error when I run the mod.
(In the attachment) I have reinstalled rome and RSII three times and I still get the same error. Any help?

im not sure dude, but i think RS2 overwrites alot of the RTW files, doesn't work from a mod folder, so in order to play another RTW mod you need to have a fresh/individual install. So you may have buggered up yur saved game

I've reinstalled Rome,BI and Alex on its own without any other mod. Still doesn't work.

edit: started over again, now im getting 'error loading mount database' wtf is going on

Maybe there's some files left in the folder where you install RTW after uninstalling it. Make sure to remove those.

fixed it, i noticed in the RSII installation after it copied the files it then removed back up files. So i installed it to its own folder then copied it to rtw.


what causes this? im baffled

The 'error loading mount database' usually implies that the underlying RTW BI install does not work.
