Forgive the earlier post as it was the wrong thread. I do have a problem adding files and directories, however. Get program crashes when trying to add stuff.

hi there i try open Patch file 4.(newest with unit information)...
because i try change range of guns..(and ammo and:d and)...
but can only open main (data)....
but that dotn work because game takes unit information from other file..
and same problem (in other way..i have in emprie total war too)
so unit_stats in (empire) main or (napoleon) data ....
dont work...so can someone help me?
ps.if i try open patch 4 unit_stats
i get error:
