Faction Leader bug?

Hey, first of all, Great Mod! Ok, down to business.
On the second turn of England, I got 5-6 event notifications about the HRE/France/Egypt/Aragon/Port and Genoa faction leaders being killed. Second turn. I know, crazy stuff. Are they just pulling a LEEEEROOOOOOY and actually dying or is there a bug in the system?

Its probably bad as to see those on 2nd turn means they died on first turn unless they ran into a rebels stack and were defeated and died which seems unlikely with so many of them.
