Problem with launching the mod

Hey

So I followed all the installation instructions and installed it fine but when I try to launch the mod it gets as far as the first loading screen (where it shows the copyright stuff, the title and an image of some knights) and then it CTD. There is no error message except for a black window and a little white box with no text inside. I have Windows XP. I have med 2 (1.3) and kingdoms (1.5) and of course the mod is the latest version with the patch. Hope you guys can help.

Are you using Steam to run Kingdoms/TA mod?

No I am not using steam

YES! I got it to work by re-installing it. Thank you for the help anyway, now if you dont mind I've got lands to conquer cya
