    2. Is there somewhere a guideline for a average avatar build
( i know, each player has he's own playstyle but again i'm searching for the most usefull points)
    3. does your avatar ever reset's it'self ?

    Kindly regards

There is actually no most useful point. It depends on so much like terrain, map and usage. I tend to go for morale, melee defence and melee attack. But for cavalry I spend points into Charge and Speed too.
I usually don't spend points into Fatigue Resistance but when playing on a hilly map or having units which have to stand tall for quite a bit I would even recommend them.
Regarding your Avatar, you have to earn three Clan Tokens by being in a Clan and winning three times. Then you can reskill your Avatar's ability points.
And if you want to change the clan speciality you have to change the clan. There is no best clan speciality, but would certainly avoid a bow clan, because their clan bonuses are rather useless.

    1. Melee units need attack and defense, cav need attack def charge, missile units need ammo reload acc. each upgrade increases the units cost so be careful that you do not spend too much. Also retainers are a big part that can buff your units even more.

    2. that depends on what avatar you want to be. Melee is very good in all attributes, but i would avoid morale. Physical, speed is the only upgrade that works so avoid what is next in line. Bow is pretty powerful, if you use him correctly. Leadership, stand and fight and increase army morale is very powerful, avoid scare enemies.

    3. Apex answered that.

    4. you can choose another clan speciality if you leave the clan and enter another clan with a different upgrade, but read next point.

    5. all clan specialty upgrades require 8 points spent in the unit and be level 9. that is too expensive for any unit to be in, so dont worry about what clan to be in.

best way to assigning points to your veteran is to improve the abilities they already have. So you will definitely upgrade melee att and melee def on your katana samurai, charge on no-dachi samurai, bonus vs cavalry for spears..... melee attack on katana cav and charge and speed on yari cav. When improving your ranged units try focus on a reload rate, accuracy, damage and if you have enough clan tokens you can go with range improvement from clan skill upgrades. Don't forget that every skill rises price of unit for 50 koku and clan skill upgrades will rise price for 70 koku and cost you 10 clan tokens. What i do is put 4 basic skills on all melee infantry and one or very, very rarely two skills from clan upgrades for ranged units. Considering morale, its good to have it on ashigaru units.

Try to adjust your avatar build to your play style. There is a many useful threads about it. If you think you mistaken on assigning skills you can always reset your points for exchange of three clan tokens. You can obtain tokens by joining a clan and playing match made battles, every win is a one token. You can make your own clan and ignore the league and clan matches. You can be an only member in your own clan just to get some tokens. Create a steam group and when you are ingame label it as your clan.

There is no best clan specialty, every specialty have it's own advantages and it all depends on your play style and i think you cannot change it once you pick one.

hope i helped you, sorry if wasn't clear enough as english is not my native language.

Cheer and wish you a good luck in multiplayer.

btw. don't bother with ladders and ranks, play for your fun and try to improve your tactic as much as you can.
