SS6.3 Help! (I am trying to get 6.4)

Ok. I am having trouble with getting the Stainless Steel Kingdoms Campaign mod to work, I have everything installed and I have it all in this place:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3
And I did all the uncompressing and everything and I installed all parts:
Part- 1.001 1.002 2.001 2.002 3.001 3.002 4.001 4.002 and part 5.
I grouped them together and unziped the files with 7zip like I was supposed to and well....when I ran the setup it worked and than when I started the campaign setup a message said: "Campaign files not found or ARE MISSING!"
And I went through 6 hours of trouble, and I finally decided to sign up to TWC. Will I still be able to get 6.4? Or will I have to finish trying to fix 6.3 first?

I just wanna know if I can install 6.4 even though 6.3 isn't working. =(

u need 6.3 to have 6.4 post in the tech help area and i'll help your there

Will I be able to get 6.4 if 6.3 doesnt work? I installed 6.3 today and went through 6 hours of trouble and chaos and I still haven't gotten it to work.

Will I be able to get 6.4 installed? Or does 6.3 HAVE to work?

Install 6.3, you have to. Some files are covered by the 6.3 installer that 6.4 does not. Or so I have seen thus far.

A) Install mtw2 and kingdoms outside program files
B) the files should read ss6.3-1.bin, ss6.3-2.bin, ss6.3-3.bin, ss6.3-4.bin, ss6.3-5.bin, and ss6.3.exe only (so, ss6.3-1.part1 and ss6.3-1.part2 combine (extract together) to ss6.3-1.bin) Alternatively you can download them via torrent or via megaupload to get the full files w/o needing to recombine
C) Make sure UAC is all the way off (including a reboot) (user account control) before installing.
D) Make sure you right click->run as admin during install on the .exe file.
E) by campaign setup did you mean ss_setup? in the ss6.3 folder? If so run that as admin too.

let me know if you did all that already, or what step you hadn't done.
