i don't think you may without permission. and i think you already have them in your third age installation some where

Illegal note: first check the modeldb and find the path. Next you get to know what it takes. Search in the tutorial boards about M2 Modding.

BTW, is there any difference between Sindar and Heavy Silvans except the cape?

@AragornEllesar Sir what do you mean i have it already? what i have now is the generic texture for sindarin archers. I didn't install any sub-mods yet still playing TATW 2.1. Any ideas who can i message? so i can ask for permission. thanks for your reply.

@KnightsTemplar Sir just want the texture to download and i can manage to replace the old one. but i don't have a vast knowledge in modding textures. I just want to change it like in the movies. Thanks for the reply

Seems youy only want to mod the things for yourself...?
What do you want to change actually?
The model will have to fit before you change the texture.
Concerning the 'movie', the looking is not even close.

@KnightsTemplar Nope i dont want to mod it. I just want to change the texture of the generals bodyguard for silvanelves. The image that i've shown will fit for Haldirs bodyguard for me. I just want to have it with hoods and texture color of the cape. Can you tell me who made this textures shown in the images i posted first? Or where could i download it? thanks again.

Sindar Archers are using the elf_guard2 battlemodel;

(EDU file)

Then searching in the Battle_Models file will give you this information:

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Is the mesh used!
Is the texture used!

You'll then find the texture in the "Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age\data\unit_models\_units\my_units\textures" folder searching for elf.texture and elf2_attachment.texture.

You'll need to convert the .texture file to a .dds file in order to edit it though

They are already a unit for the Silvan elves, so you dont have to make an effort
