Does Fear work in MP?

I have a few questions about the fear effect that certain retainers and skills cause

Does Menpo mask fear effect work? and also the added moral part? as i got it last night.
Does fear skill for general work?
Does fear stack? so if i had my fear skilled general and menpo would it be double the effect when my general got into melee eg menpos effect and his skill

I've always heard that the "scare enemies" for generals doesn't work.

for the menpo mask, no ing idea, i got like 5 armour drops in 150 games

all my tests proved that the new morale system borked the above items/skills. i would rather put whistling arrows on a bow unit and cause a -4 morale to all units, it works and gives a morale penalty than the above items/skills.

I beleive the jury is still out on that one. The only 2 abilites that seem to be absolutely confirmed to be working in the leadership tree are inspire and stand and fight.

Increased radius definetely works and I'm 90% sure the stamina ones also work. Other than fear the rest aren't worth bothering about anyway
