I don't live in the UK so I'll let someone else answer your first question... I'd recommend the GTX460, it runs very very quiet even under load.

theres also Overclockers but i personally dislike them after having a buddy get accused of randomfrom them and yanking his chain and forcing him to threaten a lawsuit under British consumer law and what not. overall its a mess but others swear by there good service
