    Default dilemma

I have a duel monitor so I like some of my games windowed. Switching to my native resolution setting it seems to cut the bottom of the game. So I switch back to a smaller resolution (windowed option still on) and back to my native res. And it fits the screen perfectly.

have dual monitor setup with 2 different resolutions is problematic. Set both monitors to the same resolution.

right click on the desktop on each monitor and choose Screen Resolution and change them both to the same resolution. The problem is the video card has to make 2 different sized screens and the video card has to work harder. Also when you go into windowed mode, the resoultion of the game does not include window itself and thus it doesnt fit correctly onto the screen. You will have to find the right balance of resolutions for your games to work as game may and usually do not function well in windowed mode as well as multiple display formats.
