Make sure your game resolution is the same as it is on your desktop, or it will be in a smaller window.

And what do you mean by "some military units are missing?" Do you mean giants, trolls, and wolves? If you do, they were taken out due to the bugs they caused.

ah it doesnt matter, i gave up on it and started downloading it in parts instead, im currently on part 8 of 11, i'll be playing CoW by tomorow
