Weird Green Screen

That says something about GTA in the top right corner.

After ages it loads and gives me a brief info about rome, I can click continue however it then reloads the briefing screen.

I will try to most screenshots if it will take them.

wait a little on that screen then alt-tab out of the game, and then click back into the game and it should bring you to the main menu, hope it helps

It's the bloom effect.
If you use it, you need to alt tab in and out of the game in order to start. It is automatically done by the launcher, but the wait time is quite long, so you an do it manually too.
