    PS: I've just noticed that the Arevaci are listed at the bottom of the factions list; and they aren't shown in the faction map.

    Just wanted to point that out - great job though with this thread!

    So, the secondary weapon of phalanx are removed? i remember pike unit became so OP when the secondary weapon removed (especially on wall, you'll have a hard time fighting them)

    Better to post such questions in the FAQ or an appropriate thread here. I'm sure it's an M2TW-engine issue though.



    A LITTLE UPDATE -> EB2 IS COMING... HURRAY!!!:

    1.) I now officialy hate editing threads/posts - things don't work the way they should... esp. using "contentbox", "spoiler" etc. is HELL! I HATE it.

    2.) I need YOUR help - esp. for the following topics of EB2:
    - links to good screenshots/images not yet shown here
    - please check the "Gameplay & Features" section and give me feedback
    - please post vital infos not yet displayed in this thread
    - find errors or outdated infos (if any)... I'll give +rep for each error/mistake/bad info!
    - general feedback
    - tips for cosmetic/structural changes
    - stuff I didn't think about, but you noticed!

    3.) Post help and ideas for this thread that are unconventional, fresh, usefull, needed... etc. (you get the idea)

    Work on nomad camps on the battlemaps might be something to include. The picture gallery on twitter has an image for one.

    I've included two images in the "Screenshots & Images" section, and also mention them in the "Introduction" section.


    Another more thorough update:

    - added info on release in section 9 and intro
    - added updated unofficial map plus tiny official mini-map (both with starting positions) in section 3
    - added new images and links to new images in sections 2 and 4
    - added official antique campaign map in section 4
    - added link to interview with V.T.Marvin in section 7
    - added info on scripted invasions playing as Taksashila in section 5
    - general update stuff, to keep this thread up-to-date
    - structural/cosmetic changes

    - changed title from "[UNOFFICIAL] Mod Overview" to "Unofficial Mod Overview (date)"

    Just checked it, those campaign map images of Italy and Turkey are from the Sneak Peeks thread.
    I tend to edit my posts once or several times after writing and uploading them. Please keep this in mind when reading a recent post of mine.     Ok, thanks. I had opened the images into a new tab... and after a while I had forgotten from where I had opend them...

    ATM my Mod Overview is scraping at the 100.000 figure limit, so in the future I'll have to delete some features. Links to sources of images probably being the first.

    I KNOW I've made some TERRible decisions lateLY, but I can give you complete ASSURance that this map is EAsily reADABle.
    For one, the roads may appear weird and innacurate. That's because my reference was loading screens more focused on terrain than political boundaries. Transferring info like that with MS paint is tedious and fustrating. How do those people do it? Also the EBII map is slightly different. Not an easy feat getting those roads down.
    I know at least one case where a number seems out of place but I'm sure that's an isolated one.

    I suggest swapping "Malta" with Maleth or Melita, they were respectively the names given to the Island during the Punic and Roman period of occupation.

    Sorry to break it to you but that's technically correct. I edited the map with gameplay in mind, and Malta is what's used in game.

    By all historical means, that's an issue you'll have to take up with the team.
