Hey I've been looking around for a mod thats set in the late Roman Empire for RTW for awhile now and when I was directed to IB I thought fantastic. However I'm confused on which one of the downloads is the 'Grand Campaign' so to speak and was wondering if anyone here could help me thanks.

In this section the "standard" BI mod is INVASIO BARBARORVM : FLAGELLVM DEI , however this starts in 410 AD with the Goths ready to descend on Rome rather than the conventional 363 or 375 AD.

No, this is incorrect. The INVASIO BARBARORVM mods are to be regarded as individual chapters nowadays ( read the Introduction thread ) . Each and everyone of them contains a grand campaign set in a different late Roman era. You can download and install all of them since they are modfoldered.
