Adding Ireland to Vanilla Campaign

Hey, is there a way to take Ireland from the Kingdoms expansion and add it to the main vanilla campaign in M2TW? I've read up on how to add a faction, and I've unpacked my game but for some reason kingdoms hasn't been unpacked, so I can't find any of the files for Ireland. I think this has been done before with the Gaelic Kingdoms expansion but the links for that seem to be down. Anyone have any ideas?

Stainless Steel adds Ireland, among other factions and regions, but other than that I can't really think of anything else.

SS hasn't had Ireland since 6.1

Try Expanded americas. Its got ireland, norway and all the america factions for you to play as well as all the vanilla factions.

get KGCM, its got all the factions from the kingdoms and adds them onto a grand campaign, it also adds the other features kingdoms has, like the units.

i think they replaced it in favour of another faction, since there are limited faction slots :/

Historically, Ireland wasn't much of a continental threat, so it isn't the best way to use a faction slot.

As opposed to Scotland and Wales who were major players on the contiental scene?

you have to unpack the kingdoms seperatley, each one at a time, but they wont take as long!

other than that if you look in the kingdoms section here on twc and scroll down to regions and provinces, you will find an excellent mod with ireland totally playable, aswell as a few more factions!!
