Need help with a coustom startpos

Hi. I need a startpos for my seven years war mod (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=460753) and im wondering if annybody is willing to help.

The starpos needs to be as hirtorical as possible regarding alliances and victory conditions in terms of seven years war.

What i need is a startpos that do as follows:

• Starting year - 1750
• Turns per year - 4
• New historical and realistic victory conditions for major and minor euro factions. Less regions needed to win great campaign.
• Prussia will start with East Prussia as it belongs to Prussia sense the silesian wars
• Prussia, Great Brittain and Hannover will be starting allies
• Austria, Russia, France, and sweden will be starting allies
• Austria, Westphalia, Württemberg, Saxony and Bavaria will be starting allies
• Westphalia will change name to "Electoral Palatinate" (important) or replace Westphalia with Hessen and name it "Hessen-Kassel if possible
• If Westphalia is changed to Hessen-Kassel it will be starting allied with Prussia, Great Brittain and Hannover
• France and Spain will be starting allies
• Major colonial nations like France, Brittain and Spain will have vanilla colonial victory conditions
• Minor nations like Würtemberg will only have to capture or 1-2 regions for realism
