Default Harlanite for Civitates (Patron: eXc|Imperator)

Take two, since I paid attention to the rules and usernotes this time. Its been more than a month since my last attempt to patronize him, and his usernote has expired in addition.

The Total War Centre Forum has greatly impressed me. I have not previously witnessed such high levels of intelligent and scholarly discussion on the internet. Spending time here has already made a strong impact on me. As a Civitate, I will further strive to contribute in a positive, articulate and insightful manner. I will make every effort to preserve the high standing of this forum, by standing against mindless spamming and trolling and acting with integrity. In my new position, I hope to become a respectable and influential member, providing an example to others.
I feel Harlanite as a member has a lot to offer TWC, and is already a contributing member. What better way to award our best members than by bestowing upon them the rank of Civitate, to start them on the road to better things. Harlanite would be an asset in the Curia, and not only this, but would be a role model even more so to the general membership with his new rank. Is that not what the Civitates are? They are the ones who run TWC's political machine: They must be role models. He is eager and ready to do his duty. Harlanite passes the test in my eyes.

It is up to you now.

Most recent usernote is a free warning from Asterix for mild flaming. There is no link provided in the note, however, so I can't look up the circumstances...

Two staff have not voted. I believe, this means he passes, since "Yes" will be the majority option chosen even if they both vote no...someone correct me if I am mistaken?

If both vote no, he loses the majority 2/3rds. If one votes yes, he passes.
