The justice department's attempt to prosecute Zacarias Moussaoui is in trouble after the judge found the DOJ engaged in witness tampering, and as a result almost lost the ability to push for the death penalty. Today, the judge agreed to let the prosecution do it, but they can no longer introduce evidence about aviation security, which is a primary component of their case. Moussaoui already plead guilty to murder related to 9/11, but in all likelyhood, he probably won't get the death penalty for it, thanks to the good old DOJ.
Heckuva job, guys!
