    Hey guys! I am looking for people to assist me on this mod. If you're interested please contact me or leave a message!

    Prophet of Mercy {Economic Leader of the Covenent}

    The Flood {Consumers of the Universe}

    The Map:
    Located on the Northern Hemisphere of Planet Harvest, with space surounding it. Includes The planet w/ cities, and Space w/Capital Ships.
    Help Needed!:
    I need help making the battle grounds for custom battles.
    Also:If you can help with the unit skins on the units in the battle field that would help greatly!

    Yes I have modded before. Go to http://medieval2.heavengames.com/dow...php?fileid=115 to see my first mod. I am also making another mod based of the original campaign.

    The mod Diadochi total war is a rtw modification. They have a Halo spartan unit which throws what appears to be plasma grendes and use energy swords. So i thought "hey, if they could make Halo Spartans Peanut2bigforyou can"

    So I see this is based off of Halo Wars seeing as how the Spirit of Fire is included?

    In some ways, yes. Like the planet of choice is Harvest. But there is more depth into this mod than just Halo Wars. For example: At turn 60 the event Grunt Rebellion will take place. This event is listed in Halo 2 when the new Arbiter is chosen by the Prophet of Truth. The flood's special unit is the Gravemind which is also seen in Halo 2. The ship Spirits of Onyx is the ship that re-directed a covenant fleet in the pre-halo era. So it's not just Halo Wars, but does have its similarities.

    Ugh. Don't remind me of the gravemind. Stupid writers. It should have been hive mind and be done with it.

    You do know that unless they fight with melee it's very not really useful to mod in M2TW.

    When making units there is a line in export_descr_units where you can mod the fire rate. But that won't help, because after every shot they must reload! Wrong. You can also mod how many shots can they fire before they reload. And I'm thinking of making it 60 shots per clip, with four clips, like the battle rifle in halo. So I do believe this will be not only be a succesful mod, but also an awsome mod.

    Also:
    The Gravemind will be able to controled on the battlefield, but it could go "insane" like elephants can. I'm thinking of it launching a flesh pod-thing that will act like a diseased cow. Not only killing those it lands on, but spreading a fatal disease to those nearby. And if I can, I will have it do that while using it's tentacles as melee weapons. But for now, only the spartan unit is functional (other than the texture, and the fact it's weapon is a sword).

    Hey guys my first step to make the mod was to make an impressive menu. But I can't find out how to put the halo theme music for the main menu. Please help me out!
