How to make years last longer?

Hey guys! Is there any way to make years last longer? I really want to manage to conquer the whole world which is impossible due to small number of turns available!

You can use esf editor to change the turns of a year!

Some problems you will have: if you will change to 4 turns per year, every historical events will repeat twice because date of every event looks like "1756, summer". Also, you will have two winters and two summers.
