    Default Civil War... how long?

Playing as Venice.. my new King didnt get crowned in time and got like 0 authority..

So Civil war occurs! three generals are disloyal, iv put two of them in the dungeon.. one died when the settlement rebeled..

Later my capital was being sieged so I had to use the army + good general that was in the settlement of the other general who was in the dungeon.. to help defend my capital..

So that settlement rebeled aswell.. 2 bad generals dead..

Now for like 3 or 4 turns now.. there is 1 unloyal general left.. he is in the Dungeon.. and the Faction Leader is with him in the capital.. But the King still has civil war trait etc.. All other generals all got the Royalist! trait.. so its just this one general who is disloyal and he is in the dungeon..

So when does this war end?!?!?!?

How to avoid and end civil wars? They drown my good characters. And what to do with immobile rebels?
Is it essiantial to move your new king into capital coz else civil war will start???

If you want your new king crowned, yes. He need's to be in the capital for it.

As for how to end civil war, get the rebelling nobles to dungeons, though that doesn't usually work with me 'cause of the script. Or you should probably show to them, that your new king is the right man for the job. Take him to some battles, win them. If not, atleast get him killed then.
