Consistent CTD a few seconds after loading

The problem just started today after I did some optimization with CCleaner and Malwarebytes.

I can use the launcher, I can also get into the menu. From here I can click anything and it won't cause a crash. But it doesn't matter what I do, after 5~15 seconds the game crashes to desktop, regardless of what I'm trying to do.

And if you guys need an error log, can you tell me how to find it? The start menu "Open Error Log" only has this one line: "01:10:36.828 [system.rpt] [always] CPU: SSE2"

First suggestion:

Reinstall SS6.x.
If that fails reinstall M2TW and then SS6.x

Possibly UAC moved some stuff to the VirtualFolder and Malwarebytes axed it - no idea to be frank
