I Just installed KGCM and it works well but I thought that the map would be the one from Kingdoms but mine is not. Did I install wrong?
Thanks

Its a play on words.
KGCM (Kingdoms Grand Campaign Mod) is simply most of the factions from the kingdoms campaigns (Wales, Ireland, Teutonic Order, Lithuania, Antioch, KoJ etc ...), in the one map, the map of europe.

I just had a go for the first time on KGCM and it was great except for the AI I thought that the mod included some changes to the AI. I still seems to preform more like the vanilla AI, I was 22 turns in and scotland ireland, wales and france were at war with me. I liked stainless steel AI better, but didnt like everything else. Is there any sub mod that makes the AI better? Like doesnt attack and feel like all the nations are ganging up on me? And has better diplomacy? Any Suggestions?
Thanks
I presume you were playing as england then. I never had that problem myself, (only wales, ireland and scotland). But what do you expect of england at that point in time. If you want an easier game, play as Ireland or any nation that doesn't have as many grievances with it's neighbours
ps- please ask your questions in the same thread. We will look at them regardless of where they are.

You know of any sub mods then that deal with ai? Or any other cool submods that you recomend, sorry for not posting on the same thread kinda new to this :O
Well, for submods we have a submods subforum- check it out (there aren't too many to look through)
But seriously, I havn't played the game for a while now
As far as I'm aware, there are no submods that make the AI easier to play against- the opposite is true, in fact.
My advice to you, playing as England, would be to play aggressively- take wales out as early as possible. This will incur a few losses in Ireland and perhaps in North France, but once Wales and England are yours, you can choose to return to Ireland or take on Scotland. I'd ignore france until all the British isles are under your control. Taking losses will be part of the game.
The only option I can think of that will make the game easier is the no garrison script, found at the bottome of the 4.2 install instructions post.

England is actually quite brutal early on, especially with all the cheating going on by the AI in this mod. I agree that taking Wales out is critical - start with their castle and try to kill both father and son. Be carefull you don't stand as the only villain on the isles in the eyes of the pope though. Be passive in the wars against Ireland, making them pay dearly for your Irish towns and hopefully get excommed. Then I would go for Ireland or Scotland (while they are excommed if possible).
HHB has the best AI out imo.
Oh, for Heaven's sake, now you're being deliberately stupid.

Wudang why did you close the thread? Because you can't find a source refuting mine? LoL how's the quest to ban me going?
