[Solved] Problem with strings.bin files

Hi!
I'm trying to make some changes in the Americas campaign from the Kingdoms expansion. I would like to edit the text files but, unfortunately, they are coded in the strings.bin format. I tried the strings.bin converter created by Alpaca but when I click in the file "convert_all.bat", nothing happens .

EDIT: Solution found:
I had to re-install Python. It seem that only the version 2.6 works with the strings.bin converter. Python's official site does not have this version available to download, so I had to download it from this link.

Yes, I have the version 2.6.2 installed. I pasted the strings bin converter in the text folder, then I clicked in the file "convert_all.bat", and nothing happens .
I would be apreciated if someone could upload the text files somewhere (in rapidshare, mediafire, etc...) and then send me a link to those files .

EDIT: I realized that none of the tools based on python work properly in my computer (the texture-> dds converter doesn’t work either). I tried to reinstall Python and I still can’t convert any file. This is weird.

I have Windows Vista. I disabled the UAC for the M2TW folder and it's still not working . This is stange because I sucessfully converted strings.bin files in the past. Now, I can't and I don't know why.

So which one do i download "AMD64" or "IA32"? the "ALL" version has no installer no friggin idea how to get this to work....ive tried almost anything and nothing.

is there a step by step tutorial for getting the strings bin converter to work?
