1. The population of Rhegion shall not be harmed or prosecuted for their rebellion against Rome; the captains who lead the revolt will be brought to Rome on trial for treason
2. The population of Rhegion shall be enslaved and brought to Rome in chains to be sold on the markets; the captains who lead the revolt will be brought to Rome on trial for treason
3. The male population of Rhegion shall be crucified as traitors, their women and children sold as slaves in the markets of Rome; the captains who lead the revolt will be brought to Rome on trial for treason, or crucified alongside them - as the consul in charge should see fit
