    hi,

Probably because they are for version 1.2 - which version of RTW are you using?

Ok. The mod of Sibsz was made very long ago for a previous version of RTW. If you go to 'options' in the game you can normally see your version, presumably the latest.

Make sure you replaced your original files.

You can make one yourself. First take back-ups. Then go to.

    Code:
    C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total
    War\Data\World\Maps\Campaign\imperial_campaign
    Open the 'descr_strat.txt' file.

Then list the factions you want to make 'playable' to the 'playable' part.

    Example:
    Code:
    campaign imperial_campaign
    options bi
    playable
    	romans_julii
    	romans_brutii
    	romans_scipii
            parthia
    	egypt
    	seleucid
    	carthage
            gauls
    	germans
    	britons
    	greek_cities
    	macedon
    	pontus
    	armenia
    	dacia
    	scythia
    	spain
    	thrace
    	numidia
    end
    unlockable
    end
    nonplayable
    	slave
    	romans_senate
If you're still unsure, then e-mail me your descr_strat.txt-file and I'll do it for you.

PS: And oh: welcome Prophed. :original:

Also with 1.5 make sure all factions have an entry in data\text\campaign_descriptions.txt. If they don't have an entry in there the game will crash if you try to play with some factions.

And moved to the mod owrkshop as this is a modding question.
