    Anybody else having problems with Steam? It's telling I'm offline but I see 3 of my friends online.

    it was for 30 seconds, steam is never down for long unless its planned maintenance

    It seems I'm in a sort of limbo, where I'm partially online, partially off. Restarting solved nothing.

    i just restarted steam now the same thing is happening to me

    EDIT: try launching a game, it forced me online when i did that

    I had a problem with the chat on steam where it was offline for a while but I could still wander through
    the Steam store & play games, must be some weird maintenance
