What files to edit for Officer?

I notice there was no long yari pike officer in the game, so I decided to make one for the long yari pike regiments. I tried to simply just renaming one of the long yari pike regiments officer to officer_long_yari in the unit_stats land table, but everytime I tried custom battle or campaign the game would crash, so what files would I need to edit to make this work?

Game crashes because you tell it to use non existing officer model.
All officers (and standard bearers) are defined in battle_personalities table. You'll need to create new one there, probably create new equipment theme also (there is long yari equipment theme already-the one that soldiers use- but it has sashimono, so you might want to make similiar, but without sashimono for the officer), and replace the officer in unit_stats_land with the new one.
