    Default How to change unit movememnt points

    is it possible to change the distance a unit or general can walk?
    also i was wondering what exatly do i have to do to make my bi game have old roman legionaries from rtw

    Hi there Ricky.

    Here is how I think you edit the movement points. It would be grand if someone could confirm this.

    1. Open Notepad. Open descr_character.txt in /data under your Rome: Total War directory.
    2. Hit Ctrl-F. In the 'Find what:' box type starting_action_points. Hit 'Find Next.'
    3. You'll see a number to the right of starting_action_points. Increase this number to allow your armies more movement points.
    4. Save.
