Other Fourth Age Mods?

I was looking on the twc wiki and I saw several mods that were made by the fourth age team. One that particularly caught my attention was Title of Liberty Total War. I was curious about this mod, as the description about this mod said it took place in the ancient Americas. This isn't a modification I can find on our forums, as far as I know. Could someone explain it more please?

Yes, and as such I won't say what he told me. He did recommend other mods though
