Default The future of the Roman Empire.

So I've been playing SAI now for a while, and just gotten out of the economic rut the empire starts out with and I'm now making about 15k a turn, I have to say this mod is absolutley splendid, the depth, the detail, the historical accuracy is all just awesome.

But in regards to the empire, what do you prefer to do? Maintain it's borders or do you go for expansion and the destruction of factions? I myself go with what happened in reality (to a certain point atleast, Julian is still alive and well) and just maintain the borders and use my field armies to go out and sack enemy cities and towns or crush their armies.

I do the same with slight exception that i expand the borders to mimic trajan era empire (dacia, armenia, mesopotamia). Everything that lies beyond doesn't bring any vibe for me to conquer.

same here i don't find it appealing to conquer entire map.
