Adding search and rescue mission to BI

Hi guys. I've been working on a search and rescue mission to add an interesting element to the game. The main thread is in Rome Workshop / Text editing and scripting, here. To get the attention of those who are not actively interested in scripting, I put a notification here as well. You are welcome to test and comment.
