Need help editing tech and money with esf editor

I have tried to edit the money in the game with esf editor but when i try to load the save game file it always crashes.

For the tech i don't really understand any of the tutorials and what you are supposed to edit. Any clarifications are appreciated

Zip and load your save game before the change and after that to have a look (2 files).
