Windows 7 question regarding toggling

Hey guys, quick question...how do you bring up the toggle screen. When I pressed the ~ button it didnt come up. I know my XP computer brought it up and so I was wondering if it changed? I would like to toggle_fow

Hmm, I tired the solution to delete the "hidden" in the show_console command in the data folder but when I tried to save it I got a message saying "Access is denied". Even when i did it on the administrators profile it gave me the same message. Do you know what could be causing this problem?

You have EB stored in Program Files? Move it away and try it again.
