    Default What type of video file does Windows Movie maker support?

    I'm a movie maker novice, so what exactly type of file should I convert a Youtube Video into if I want to put in in movie maker? MP4 or AVI? And once downloaded, how do I get it onto Movie maker? I'm running the XP version.
