DLV won't log errors

I am currently running DLV 6.2 + BB 2.9 with some personal modifications, and I can;t get DLV to log errors. I have no system.log.txt in my DLV_Ext forlder, even thought the CGF file is correct ;it has the
[log]
to=logs/system.log.txt
level = * trace

How could I fix this, as i need to know where my error in my modding was

I'm pretty sure log files pop up in the M2TW folder, and not in the DLV mod folder. Not sure if I'm following you right though, but check there too.
