I have the pleasure and honour of offering Sher Khan for the Staff's consideration to be made a Civitate. I enclose Sher Khan's paragraph and mine.

For the privilege of Civitateship:

I, Sher Khan, as a Civitate-hopeful of the Total War Center Forums governing body, wish to continue my efforts and actions that have brought me the honor of being offered patronizing in the very beginning. Never to take the responsibility lightly, I am to uphold the virtues and values deemed proper for one of the Civitate class of plebians. I will post in order to contribute, and contribute meaningfully, to the topic or discussion at hand. I will strive to be a new model citizen for future Civitate-hopefuls with knowledgable posting without the need to be harsh or overly critical of others. I understand that, if given the privilage of the Civitate title and class, I am given the right to not only question existing decisions made by higher governing bodies, but I am also free, and encouraged, to voice my opinion and views to other members and Civitates and to also call for open voting on the issue. However, the actions or decisions of the vote can be dismissed by a veto from either the Imperator or Consuls. In any case, my main goal as a Civitate will be to stay a model member of the Total War Center Forums.

In the time that Sher Khan came to notice I have been consistently impressed with his posts. I regard him as one of the best in both the ‘Pit and Ethos sections. He is polite, articulate and respectful. He stays on topic and is a model member. I have been waiting eagerly for his reaching 100 posts and following his progress intently. I have also witnessed some excellent debating with Ummon, never the easiest of tasks. Despite the fact he must have been frustrated at times, it never came through. What higher compliment, in this regard, in that Ummon also wanted to patronise Sher Khan.

I am pleased that he has not confined himself to the Ethos and the ‘Pit. He is also active in the Thema Devia proper and the Vestigia Vetustatis. I sincerely hope that promotion to Civitate status encourages him to post more – he is definitely a quality over quantity guy. Just what we need, really!

Hrmm, he is decent, but not overly impressive, and has a low post base. I am not sure I can say he is yet civ material. I am going to vote no.

Yes. I actaully almost posted that he passes before remembering there was an off-chance that two others would vote no on a civ.
