Cant start Chaos Storm

Hi,

I have a problem with Chaos Storm, whenever I click Start, it's always go back to the main menu.

Anyone have problem like this before ? can someone please help me out ? thx in advance

Before going into an in-depth diagnosis of your issue, is Kingdoms updated to v1.5?

yeah !!! i bought Gold Edition and update to Kingdoms already !! another thing is I can play customs battle and everything else but except for Chaos Storm

When you updated Kingdoms, did you use the correct version for your game? Check the link and verify if you used the correct patch: http://help.sega.com/index.php?_m=do...loaditemid=215

You may have to re-install Medieval II Kingdoms and re-apply the update if you used an incorrect patch. (If that doesn't fix the issue, try re-installing the whole medieval II package.)

im not sure about the version but i can play any mod from this forum, Third Age, stainless steel.. bla bla bla !! and only Warhammer doesnt work

In your COW directory, search for this file: map.rwm Delete it and then try again to start a campaign. If that does not work, download the 1.4.4 patch and also the most recent English translation. Unzip the 1.4.4 patch, copy and overwrite the files in your COW/data file. Then do the same with the English translation. Perhaps one or more files are corrupt. This should install the default files over any that might be corrupt. Then do the first suggestion above (delete map.rwm file).
